The Policy is provided only for The Web Site mentioned above and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through special and different links.

Type of Data Processed and Purpose of The Processing

 

1 – Navigation Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in common operations, some personal data that are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Whenever users/visitors enter to the web site and send their personal data to access certain services, such as when inquiring about services, engaging in one to one remote services, or when making any requests in e-mail form, the acquisition by Catherine Gallanti  of the address of the sender and/or other personal data will be processed exclusively to answer the request, or for the provision of the requested service. And it will be stored only to the degree necessary to continue to provide such service.

4 – Data Associated with the Electronic Newsletter

Users may receive an electronic newsletter as a result of registering on the web site or after inquiring about services. The purpose of the newsletter is that of informing users about events, workshops, products, services, special offers as well as that of providing useful articles and information to the users. Registration to the newsletter requires the following data from the user: (i) name, and (ii) e-mail address. The provision of an e-mail address is required in order for the user to receive the newsletter. Every issues of the newsletter features a clearly visible opt out/ unsubscribe option and the user’s name and email are automatically deleted from the newsletter database on optout.  

The newsletter is sent out using a third party mail out system, as such the data associated with the newsletter data is also subject to the web sites mail out provider’s Privacy Policy. 5 – Data Collected During Online Payments and/or Purchases

When you make a payment or purchase a product from Catherine Gallanti, third-party processors are used to carry out the transaction. Said processors use financial information you voluntarily provide them in order to complete the payment or carry out the purchase. Information such as your credit card number, your bank details, your name, your email and/or your billing address. These third-party platforms use your data following their own GDPR compliant privacy policies, which are featured on their respective websites.  Currently Catherine Gallanti uses PayPal and Stripe to process payments; and Payloadz and Sellby to offer digital products for sale. Processing Methods

Personal Data are processed with automated tools for the strictly time needed to achieve the purposes which they were collected for.
